We have to admit it, on WASF, we love skate. And since we also love motion, we can’t resist what the video editor Juan Rayos have been doing for a couple of months and years now. He just released Frozen Wave. A video where a couple of longboarders & skateboarders enjoy a sunny day in a ditch near Madrid. It’s pretty much about Sun, Good Music and a Skating arena.

Oxela skates India
Guilhem Machenaud and Studio Ores have put together an exciting video showcasing a sport that you wouldn’t readily see on the streets of India. Beautifully shot and wonderfully worked into the surrounding sites and sounds of Bangalore, Jaipur, Delhi and Agra, skating different areas of the cities and thrilling many local residents.
Gremmie Old School Skate vs. New School.

The Thalia Plank is a super limited run of skates Thalia Surf Shup did with homegrown skate company Gremmie. They took the already existing Plank board and added a little kick to the tail and commissioned artist Andrew Holder to design a monster for the bottom. Something like less than 30 of these were made and are quickly disappearing. The board comes complete and fully functionable. Buy one here.

Best skate video EVER
This is by far the best skate video so far ever made, fully flared. All the explosions are very dangerous but they built a lot of the stuff out of cardboard and foam! The big explosion in the end is the most dangerous one that they made for this movie and this is THE SHIT
Longboard Culture
If you ever had anything with skateboards, you know that the everlasting skate culture is about to rock our world. Kids all around the globe are in to skateboard and longboarding. For the people from the 80′s this is old-school and something we grew up with and for the folk born in the mid 90′s this is about the hit the same level of cult.
Everything started down in south California and from there they conquered the world with loose fit clothing and feel free riding.
Supreme New York
Supreme New York fucking city, well thats on overdose but still you cant help liking this store. In April 1994, supreme opened their doors on Lafayette Street downtown Manhattan. They soon became the home of New York City skate culture. At its core there where a group of rebellious young New York skaters and artists whom made the inner circle of customers, crew and staff.
Supreme is what the rest of the world knows as the true downtown skate culture, its just not a state of mind our institution, its quality, history, authenticity and most of all a lifestyle. Like every true lifestyle you can’t buy it for money you need to live it.
