Death Race 2000 is a remake of the original Death Race 2000 from 1975, yes its a Hollywood re-make. I saw some footage from this film a couple of days ago and went – Hey thats a sweet re-make.
One more reason why i like this movie; Jason Statham, i like kinda every movie he plays in so that gives me hope and also brings out a sort of comfortness in me. The tiniest preview of this movie is available on iTunes or Apple Trailers, its 60 seconds long and give you a raw feeling of how this movie gonna play out! Please note that sensitive people shall not see this movie because its raw, raw and mother fucking RAW!

Finally the other day I got to see Iron Man a movie that I’ve been waiting for, for some time now. My expectations where fairly high as you guys might know. But Jon Favreau did not let me down thats for sure. This movie has all the great toys!
 
I’m a real fanboy when it comes to gadgets and this movie was heaven when it comes to that. All the toys you ever wanted and some you didn’t know you wanted is in this movie.
 
But that’s not all, when it comes to most comic adaption just add some effects and your done. But in this flick it’s so much more. There is some really great acting especially from Robert Downey Jr and Jeff Bridges. I was really amazed by them. Jeff Bridges is so cool in his thick beard even cooler than Santa.
 
When it comes to the story, hey it’s a super-hero movie. Its not a Tarantino story but on the super-hero shelf this is fighting at the top.
 
What about the effects well… They suck! just kidding the freaking rock! It’s like… where can a buy that suit, wonder if its expensive? The effects are for real you can’t tell the difference, and if you do and it bugs you. Well the I recommend you to look at something more real like Sergei M. Eisensteins Battleship Potemkin
 
But if your watching this flick just to have a good time and get blown away, then this movie will do just that!

So here we are the moment we have been waiting for, this weekend we will go and see Iron Man Premiere!!! So movie time, or some info about an upcoming movie; The Spirit. The Spirit is based on the legendary comic strip Will Eisner’s The Spirit. It’s a classic action adventure told by the genre twisted Frank Miller ( Creator of 300 and Sin City.

The story is about a former rookie cop that dies and come back as a spirit, and he is surrounded be girls, either they wanna seduce him or kill him. Sarah Paulson , Scarlett Johansson , Paz Vega, Jamie King, Stana Katic, Eva Mendes – Thats some of the names of the girls that will try to Kill or Love.

So what is it that we love so much with pictures like this and 300 and sin city? The Filmography, its just radical, the way that they make it feel almost like a cartoon pice when its actually filmed. The playful scenery and the vast sense of retroness.
