Roberto Ragazzi, House in the wild

When Im looking 10 years into the future i see my self having a nice home, i wanna draw it my self and i also wanna have a special house. Not so that people can say, oh its him with the crazy house but like more to fit my personality. I am a bit special so why not let that mirror of in the house that you live in. This house is made by Roberto Ragazzi and you will find more pictures here, its a bit special but still settled.

Element House

I’ve seen some stuff online about Sami Rintala, But they have missed one of the coolest creations, The Element House. The House was built and done in 2005 if you wanna see it its in Bisan Urban Natural Park, Anyang Resort in South Korea. The Element House is not a house built to live in, its for the visitors of the national park to stop and take a break in the sightseeing. Rintala have chosen nice materials that blends in the surrounding nature, love this pause house!

Modern Kitchen

When it comes to kitchens, Im sold, i just love kitchens they are the hearth of houses. If you don’t have a working kitchen you don’t have a working home. I like the kitchen to be big but still cosy, i like spacious because i know i need it, but i also wanna fit in the office in the kitchen. That might seem strange to a lot of people but i love having the office in the kitchen area or right next to it. Fact number one; It’s so near the coffee machine, fact two; the kitchen is the heart, the family will go trough and you will meet them, fact number three; I simply love kitchens.

This eating space is from the same kitchen as the picture on top. I love the raw feel about it and at the same time it feels like this kitchen got soul. The mix of industrial and old home, wooden shelfs, the simplicity in the chairs. This is something that really speaks to me. What do you guys think?!

Trailer, Architecture

This is a teaser for a housekeepers story, in a house made for a wheel chair bound guy. Just check out the amazing trailers.. i want that elevator, but i want it to move faster..

The Dream House

Often when i look at architecture i look at the structure, the weldings in the steel (if there are any) i look at the lines, the shadows. Even tough it’s only a picture i try to visualize what it smells like and how the humidity is in the area. This House is one of those that just made drop the chin to the floor and if i’d ever built a house this will be hugh inspiration to it.

The concrete and the rawness on the outside, meets the minimalism and pureness on the inside. I can imagine, decorating it with nice fabrics, and dark hardwood floors.

Invisible Speakers

If you are a true audiophile you probably don’t like this setup. But if you like me like music and have a lot of 192 kbps music on your Home Media Center. This is something that will slap you out of your chair. You take the little device “speaker” and you simply mount it on the back of a gypsum board ( potential anything with a flat surface ) and you have transformed that object to a speaker! genius isn’t!

Well lets say you are building or renovating a home, and you want speakers everywhere, just mount a dozen of this behind the walls and hook them up to an Apple AirTunes system. And you will have a Super Funky sound home where you will have audio coming out of the walls sort of speak. This speaker is made by Seura Inc.
