Since this is the lifestyle guide from the land up north what wouldn’t be better then cover a story from this long cold country. Oscar Diös an entrepreneur from Uppsala, Sweden are now in the finishing stages of his new Hostel. The Jumbo Hostel, the worlds first 747 to be re-made into a hostel, and its parked at Swedens largest international airport. FTW?! that a great parking spot.
The room prices at the jumbo hostel will start at 300 SEK (46$) a night and the cockpit will be turned into a wedding suite, that will cost several thousand SEK a night. (a real mile high experience)
We think that Oscar might have been eating to much herring and drinking to much Ahlborg aquavit, but then again sweden are full of great thinkers and entrepreneurs, next time in Stockholm i’ll be checking in, just for the kicks, and for a full review of the worlds first jumbo hostel.
