There is no news.

So here’s an interesting concept - what if there was no news? If we woke up one morning, and nothing was happening. Turn on the 24-hour news channels, and find no reports of war, death, terrorism, financial turmoil. Nothing. This is what the BBC News Channel could look like if that happened. The news presenters, who usually have nothing to say anyway when they are filling up the hours and hours of continuous news coverage, now quite literally have nothing to say. The result is a powerful, silent commentary on the nature of news today. / David
