The Delta Shelter is not a new house, but it has been around since february this year. The creators are from our neighbors in Norway, and the house is suited on an old floodplain. There are large wooden shutters that can be closed with hand power, just turn the big wheel in the kitchen and you can prepare for a nuclear war.
The location of this house is amazing the surrounding nature are seen from up high when you are in the living room, this is living!

In shortly this house is one big ever-changing living area, where the flooring conceals the beds when not sleeping and the kitchens ability to adapt to it’s needs, if you are cooking big you just pull the kitchen out and if you only need to boil water just use the stove and then hide it.

Looking to buy a new car? Tired of the old Bentley or BMW? Well then I recommend you taking a look at the Maybach Landaulet that will be unveiled at the Middle East International Auto Show later this month.
Based on the Maybach 62 S sedan and powered by its 612-horsebower biturbo V12, this looks to be a really nice car! The back seat (where you’ll probably be if you can afford this car) has a sliding soft roof that lets you take in the sun if the weather’s nice. The price tag, well.. the car is still billed as concept, but it won’t be cheap if it goes into production. I’m definitely gonna need a raise.

Android or as media long has called the google Phone has been announced. But what we long thought would be a phone is in fact an open software platform. The platform is going to be loaded on to phones made by HTC, LG, Motorola and Samsung.
Behind the Android UI stands 34 companies, but we are missing big producers like Nokia and SonyEricsson. The 34 members of the Open Handset Alliance developing this GPhone will be trowing in their own expertise.
The SDK for developers will be available by November 12, the set launch date for Phones with Android running under the hood is sat to 2H of 2008. This will also get the developers some time to develop and show result. We will have companies like Nvidia working on the graphics and we know LG can design, and of course google has the biggest database on earth so hopefully they not what people wants.
